Day 20- Miranda received her first pacifier tonight. It is a special pacifier because she is still intubated and on the vent. Audrey said that Miranda was holding her pacifier. Miranda is still under the bili lights.Miranda's blood sugar was high over night and they had to give her Insulin at three different times. The nurses said that Miranda was restless last night and not sleeping like she normal does. Will post pictures soon.
Miranda's white count is up today. She had blood cultures drawn today and they are going to get a urine culture. Her blood sugars have been good.
