Day 9- Miranda had a chest x-ray which is still showing fluid in left lung and right lung is expanded. She was started on a dopamine tonight. Hopefully her kidneys will start functioning better. Miranda gained weight tonight but she is retaining fluid, that is why she had a weight gain. During the night Miranda received her seventh blood transfusion. They increased her Dopamin which is working to maintain blood pressure and kidney function. Miranda's urine output has increased today. She responds to her dad's voice(blood pressure increases). Miranda's blood gases are good and she still on the vent.
